Body Mindfulness Virtual Workshop

The goal of this transformative virtual workshop is to help you start to feel more comfortable and confident in your body, to teach you how to start treating it with the love and kindness it deserves, and ultimately start loving your body more! This virtual workshop starts Monday, April 8th and the price is $88-$111. (sliding scale) It is ten days long (5 days on, weekend break, then 5 days on) and offers daily exercises that take 5-15 minutes. Two 15-minute or 1 30-minute calls are included for any questions and check-ins needed.

What does a session with me look like?

Each session is tailored to my client’s wants and needs, so they will all look a little different. But basically, sessions with me are like having a fun and empowering chat with your personal cheerleader. We’ll dive into conversations where I’ll ask you insightful questions and help you uncover your dreams and obstacles. I’ll then create an attainable action plan for you, so you don’t feel overwhelmed with all of this new information. Together, we’ll unleash your potential and celebrate your progress, turning your life into a journey of growth and success. I won’t lie, it’s challenging at times, AND it’s so fun and rewarding!
